Who is the CX Masters training best suited for?

This hands on training is provided to partners who want to increase their services and begin selling CX technology services to their customers and prospects.

Is there a fee to attend the class?

There is no fee. The class is offered free of charge to qualified sales Partners.

Can I bring someone with me to the training?

If you want to bring a guest or colleague, please have them register for the training through the event link. Two attendees can attend per company.

Will refreshments be provided at the training?

Yes, we will provide light refreshments at the two hour training (3-5 pm), which will be following by an one hour (5-6pm) post-training celebration "happy hour", sponsored by Sharpen.

How many people will be in the class?

Companies can register up to two attendees to the event. In order to create a true hands-on experience, we limit the size of the class to 15 total attendees.

What is the attire for the class?

We want you to be comfortable! Please plan on business casual attire.
